Project portfolio management (PPM)

Provision of an extensive instrument for the standardised illustration, for the monitoring and for the reporting of a group of coherent projects e.g. with:

  • Building of directives (e. g. roles, processes, concepts) for the collaboration, the management as well as the consistent administration of all projects
  • Inventory and maintenance of the project asset incl. the contract management for a clear definition of the portfolio
  • Support in the budgeting and the cost control on the project portfolio level
  • Building of a consolidated reporting and communication on the executive level
  • Establishment of consistent project metrics and the ascertainment of project codes (e. g. the satisfaction of the clients, …)
